Z-Buster

The Z-Buster is Zero's weapon in Megaman X, Megaman X2, and Megaman X3. He actually gains the [[Z-Saber]] in Megaman X2, but the Z-Buster remains his primary weapon until Megaman X4. Also, note that the Z-Buster seems to be much more powerful that X's X-Buster, as it sufficiently damaged Vile's ride armor (even though it was only half charged) while the X-Buster could not even visibly scratch it. However, in Megaman X5 and X6, the Z-Buster is less powerfull than X's one because it can't charge shot, and only fire a slow and weak shot.

In the Megaman Zero series the Z-Buster can charge shot again, like X's one.

The Z-Buster creates large, light green energy bolts that travel across the screen, as with any typical buster weapon.
