Wind Storm (ウインドストーム, Uindo Sutōmu^?) is Wind Man's special weapon. It sends out a grey tornado that creeps along the floor. Up to three tornadoes can be used at the same time. The tornadoes disappear when they hit an obstacle. Some non-boss enemies are sent flying up into the air when defeated by it. It also ignores the defenses of Flame Man's Flame Blast.

• Wind Storm is an example of a weapon Mega Man obtains that does not resemble any of the corresponding boss's attacks, similarly to Heat Man and his weapon Atomic Fire.
• Wind Storm's color scheme is identical to that of the Rolling Cutter, as well as the Bubble Lead. Interestingly, the movement path of Wind Storm is similar to Bubble Lead.
