Wind Crowrang ("Wind Karasting" in Japan) is one of the Mavericks of Mega Man X7. The player faces him on a plane after going through all the Air Forces. He can attack from a distance in the background, and fight on the ground. His weakness is Sniper Missile and Hieijin, and these can even get him in the background!
