Water Shooter is a special weapon Mega Man obtains by defeating Wave Man in Mega Man 3 for the PC. It fires three water balls forward that arc downward at different angles. This weapon is Torch Man's weakness and can kill him in only a few hits (two shots if all three hit in a single shot).

Water Shooter does per hit 8 damage to Torch Man, 6 damage to Bit Man and Oil Man, 4 damage to Shark Man, as well as 3 damage to Wily's First Form.
