Tornado Blow

Tornado Blow is Tornado Man's power. Tornado Blow is a weapon that reaches all over the screen like Toad Man's Rain Flush, blowing away enemies and projectiles or damaging them. This weapon is Magma Man's Weakness, blowing out his head, which weakens his attacks until he re-ignites it. The Magma Dragon in Magma Man's stage is weakened by it in a similar way.

This weapon deals four units of damage to enemies when used by Mega Man (excluding weaknesses and immunities) if they aren't blown away.

Each use of Tornado Blow uses seven weapon energy units. Tornado Blow can only be used four times with a full weapon energy gauge.

- While Tornado Blow is active, it allows Mega Man to jump higher;
- It can be used to blow away enemy projectiles and smaller enemies such as Metall β;
- Tornado Blow is needed for the first stage of Dr. Wily's Castle.Although an alternative to this is the concrete shot if the player can properly map the shots

- It is the only weapon in Megaman 9 that doesn't have enough energy to defeat the boss it is weak against, unless fired when Magma Man is jumping.
