Tengu Blade (テングブレード Tengu Burēdo) is Tengu Man's Special Weapon in Mega Man & Bass. It is a multitasking sword weapon that can send out a projectile as well as being used as a slashing weapon. Tengu Blades can bounce off any walls that get in their way, and can also be used as a dashing weapon (similar to the Charge Kick from Mega Man 5 or the Break Dash from Mega Man V) by sliding (with Mega Man) or dashing (Bass) with the weapon equipped.

This is Magic Man's weakness, as the weapon can actually slice him in two (although Magic Man pulls his two halves back together to reform in one piece afterward), as well as cutting Magic Man's cards. Tengu Blades are also effective versus the Green Devil, although the player must return to the stage to test their effectiveness and they are not as effective as the Remote Mine, and it is immune to the dashing attack. Ground Man is also immune to the projectile, but not the slash, and Astro Man is immune to the weapon altogether. Dynamo Man can be hit by the dashing strike, but is immune to the stationary slash and the projectile.

Tengu Man used his Tengu Blade to try to hit Mega Man back in Mega Man 8, but back then the weapon was not obtainable; the Tornado Holds were acquired instead. He still uses it this way in Mega Man & Bass the same way as in 8.
