I think he's Copy Robot for a few reason:
1. Copy Robot was in the original Mega Man game-- Mega Man? appears in the new Mega Man Powered Up which is a RE-release of the game with background story revealed.
2. Copy Robot's normal form (Non-Copied Form) has never been shown, Mega Man? could be that form.
3. Archie Comics actaully accepts them to be the same character. < ~ ~ ~ That has the most credit as it is the best comic series of Mega Man but still that's not saying alot, the series really lack creativity. Cesar-Hulk123 (talk) 20:53, August 3, 2013 (UTC)
