Splash Warfly, known as Splash Wafly in Japan, is one of the Mavericks of Mega Man X7. He hangs out on the Battleship and attacks with his blade (perhaps the D-Glaive) and his Splash Laser. But he's vulnerable to electricity. In fact, using either Volt Tornado or Raijinshou will make him go into a loop.
