Snakey (スネーキー Sunēkī) is a snake robot. There are two main variants, the Big Snakey and the Petit Snakey. Both of them appear in Snake Man's stage in Mega Man 3 and Mega Man III, and also in Buster Rod. G's stage in Mega Man: The Wily Wars. There is also a boss variant in Mega Man: The Wily Wars known as the Fire Snakey.

Big Snakey

Big Snakey (ビッグスネーキー Biggu Sunēkī) is a giant snake sub-boss found in Mega Man 3. Their 'tail' acts as the floor which moves and wriggles about up and down which can either disorient the player's line of fire or help them get a clearer shot. Also, the Mega Man III version of it appears to have a smaller lower jaw. Though it is weak to Hard Knuckle, Needle Cannon also works wonders against it.

Big Snakey also appeared shortly in the opening scene of Mega Man 8, being ridden by Snake Man. It can be seen attacking Mega Man by shooting a large flame at him from the mouth.

Petit Snakey

Petit Snakey (プチスネーキー Puchi Sunēkī) is a snake enemy, much smaller than the Big Snakey. They are found in Snake Man's stage, and shoot projectiles at Mega Man. Where they will shoot depends on Mega Man's location when they blink. "Petit" is French for "small".

Fire Snakey

Fire Snakey is the boss of the first Wily Tower stage in Mega Man: The Wily Wars.

When it appears at the surface, it attacks with its fire breath or spits fireballs, then returns into the lava. It then jumps from one side of the screen to the other side, dropping fire balls along the way. It can only be damaged in the head. It is weak to Bubble Lead, which deals 4 damage; however, the Ice Slasher is easier to aim and deals 2 damage, which is the same damage as the buster.
