Slither Inc. (Serpent Company in Japan) is the company created by Serpent, and is a prominent part of the plot of Mega Man ZX. Slither Inc. supplies the populace with resources they excavate such as enegry supplies. They also have a large Mechaniloid army which is reputed to have saved the country from Mavericks. Their head office is the largest building in the country. To them, the Guardians are an unassociated private venture.
Before Mega Man ZX, Serpent unearthed Biometals Model H, P, L and F. Prometheus and Pandora showed up and then Slither Inc. changed their way of doing business.
In Mega Man ZX, they are one of the most powerful organizations. The populace all trust and depend on Slither Inc. for their survival. However, they don't know that Serpent is planning to awaken Model W and sacrifice them. He sends his Pseudoroids to attack the people and harness their souls. They never make any public acknowledgements of these incidents and some grow suspicious. Serpent has started diging in area M and recovered Model W. Then he hides it in his head office and sacrifices all the captured souls to Model W. Then Vent/Aile find it, fight Serpent and kill him. In the ensuing explosion, the Slither Inc head office is destroyed and so is the area around it.
The fate of Slither Inc is unknown. Maybe it was disbanded or someone else took over the company after Serpent's death. Though it should be noted that the power plant that Queenbee is located in is similar looking if not entirely identical to Slither Inc., which hints that the company was abandoned or relocated.
