Skullhead (スカルヘッド Sukaru Heddo) is the intro boss of Mega Man Xtreme 2. It releases two types of small robots and shots beams from its mouth. One robot that comes out of the mouth largely represents the behavior of a Telly from the original series. The second robot is a saw robot that spins slowly left and right, that has a medium-large health bar, that does moderate damage when contacted. A Charge Shot or Z-Saber attack will stun it for a short time.
