Skull Man in Megamix

Skull Man appears in the manga Rockman Megamix, where he is deactivated by Dr. Cossack after the events of Mega Man 4, but is later reactivated by Dr. Wily. Angry, SkullMan goes to Cossack's lab and destroys it, capturing Dust Man, Pharaoh Man and Drill Man with Reggae and some Skeleton Joes. He later locates Dr. Cossack when he was giving a TV interview, and is captured by him during the broadcast. MegaMan see this and goes after Skull Man with some help, but SkullMan also captures Kalinka and Roll. He later locates and fights against him with the help of the other robots Cossack created. Dr. Cossack figures that Skull Man's feelings where hurt for being treated and used like he was just a weapon without emotions, and deactivated. After the battle, Skull Man asks Cossack not to create any fighting machines like him again.

In this manga, Skull Man's Skull Barrier is a set of six skull like flying disks that appear from the mouth of his shoulders and creates electricity around him. He also has machine guns in his arms and 16 machine guns hidden in his chest.

[edit] Trivia

  • Skull Man has a cameo appearance in the museum stage from Mega Man 7, in the background of the room that Mash appears.
  • The reason why Dust Crush is Skull Man's weakness is that ghouls and ghosts are captured by vaccum cleaners, which is an obvious reference to Ghostbusters.
  • The Skeleton Joe might suggest that the stage that Mega Man enters is Skull Man's.
  • He is one robot master who was given a nickname, which is Soldier of the Underworld.
  • Due to the fact he doesn't like beefcake is that he wants to be in his bony self, or he is allergic to meat.
  • Sigma's Final W form in Mega Man X5 looks very similar to Skull Man. His Sigma Virus Barrier is also similar to Skull Man's signature move, the Skull Barrier.
  • He is the only Robot Master in the series (or in Mega Man 4) to have white as his main color.
  • If you jump, he doesn't attack.
  • Pairing wise, Skull Man is usually paired with Kalinka, possibly because of how they interacted in the manga.
