Sisi Roll (シシロール, Shishi Rōru^?) is the sub-boss in Clown Man's stage in Mega Man 8. It looks like a giant bouncing disk with a grinning lion's face. It bounces around the room and will either shoot miniatures of itself or let loose the Rompers that latch on to Mega Man. It drops the Rush Question when defeated.

Sisi Roll also appears in Magic Man's stage and in Dr. Wily's stage in Mega Man & Bass. Its main function is to destroy sections of the floor to help the player progress further, but it will still be a danger unless the player destroys it. The Sisi Roll in Magic Man's level is optional to defeat unlike the one in Clown Man's stage. Mega Man can slide into the door to pass by it faster.
