The Satellite Admins (サテライト管理者 Sateraito Kanrisha) are survivors of Planet AM's annihilation, named Pegasus Magic (ペガサス・マジック, Pegasasu Majikku), Leo Kingdom (レオ・キングダム, Reo Kingudamu), and Dragon Sky (ドラゴン・スカイ, Doragon Sukai).
Game History Edit
They are surveyors of the three satellites in Earth's orbit that keep the Wave World in check and the wise men of Planet AM, the Admins question whether Geo and Omega-Xis are strong enough to take on the Planet FM forces, and as a test, Mega Man is to battle a weakened, "shadow" version of the admin, which depends on which version of Mega Man Star Force is being played. When victorious, Mega Man is given the legendary "Star Force," a power which allows him to take on the appearance and abilities of the Satellite Admins themselves.
In Mega Man Star Force 2, it is mentioned that the three Satellites that they administrated have served out their purpose and no longer exist. It can be assumed (from the first game's ending) that they left to aid Cepheus in the rebuilding of their home planet. This is confirmed in the third game in a bonus chapter.
In the Mega Man Star Force anime, the Satellite Admins save Geo from the hands of Cygnus Wing as he was obtaining the Andromeda Key from Omega-Xis. They then bestowed the power of Star Force to allow Geo and Omega-Xis to harness their power. An example how strong Megaman got from using the Star Force when he first used it, and easily defeated all the FM-ians in one fight. He never lost a fight when had the Star Force until he fought the Andromeda. The Satellite Admins would not be seen again until Gemini Spark re-activated the Andromeda Key using the minus energy of the deleted FM-ians. In a last ditch effort to subdue Andromeda, the Satellite Admins used a kamikaze technique to stop Andromeda. This appeared to work until Gemini Spark White deleted his other half in order to harness his minus energy and revive Andromeda.
