Kyuukyoku Boss Toujou!![]

Kyuukyoku Boss Toujou!! (究極ボス登場!! "The Ultimate Boss Appears!!") is the final chapter of the manga. The chapter begins with Mega Man facing off against the Wily Press. Initially, Mega Man is bewildered on how to destroy the Wily Press and attempts to run but is crushed by the press, damaging him. Mega Man attempts to damage the machine using a combination of Napalm Bomb, Power Stone and Crystal Eye, while sliding around. Dr Wily gloats that such weak weapons couldn't damage his contraption. Wily believes that since he is high up, none of Mega Man's weapons can hit him, but Mega Man exploits this by aiming a Gyro Attack at him. However, even this does not damage the press, and Wily chases Mega Man towards a bed of spikes, taunting him whether to be crushed or to fall into the spikes. Eventually, Mega Man is at the verge of defeat, believing he can't beat Wily. However, he sees visions of Dr Light, Dr Cossack and Kalinka, who help give him purpose of who he is. Finally, Mega Man says he won't surrender. Shortly afterwards, Mega Man manages to find that the cockpit of the machine is the weakness. He then tricks Wily by pretending to run out of energy, and as Wily lands on the ground to crush Mega Man, a charged shot destroys his machine. Wily then proceeds to escape via an escape pod.

Wily summons a group of Dachones to halt Mega Man along with a Twin Cannon but they are destroyed. Afterwards, Mega Man finds Dr Wily's hiding spot and is ambushed by the Wily Machine 5. Mega Man fires a charged shot and believes he's won, but it has no effect on the machine. Wily proceeds to mock Mega Man about how weak his attack was, while firing rebounding bullets and missiles. Knowing that running away is useless, Mega Man tries to switch to a weapon, but he is out of weapon ammo. With only ammo for the Super Arrow left, Mega Man worries that it is only a utility but fires it at Wily's main cannon. The arrow gets stuck, causing immense damage to the machine. Mega Man proceeds to launch volleys of Super Arrows, quickly destroying the Wily Machine. Wily then claims that victory is his with his new Wily Capsule II and gloats that his invisibility system makes it impossible to attack him. Mega Man counters this with Beat who easily attacks the capsule, allowing Mega Man to destroy it with a charged shot.

Dr Light is rescued afterwards, and Wily begs for mercy. Mega Man is skeptical and says he won't go easy on his hollow pleas, and Light suggests that he be handed to authorities back in the city. However, Wily's base was programmed to explode if he was defeated, and the fortress begins to explode. Mega Man manages to hold a collapsing ceiling, and in the chaos, Dr Wily manages to escape. While Dr Light believed that bombs helped to destroy the collapsing ceiling, Mega Man believes Proto Man helped save them. The manga ends with Mega Man and Dr Light looking into the sky and talking about Proto Man being an ally.
