Ribitta is a reporter and a member of Team Colonel's team. In the anime, she is a reporter in every contest there is, and of course a normal reporter. In Megaman Battle Network 2, her navi ToadMan is an optional boss that can be fought by talking to her. She is operating a news van outside the Official Canter. In Battle Network 5, she wants to do a report on the Undernet and has her NetNavi go to End Area but results in Colonel.EXE's deletion. Feeling remorse, Ribbita tries to join Team Colonel and sends ToadMan.EXE to the UnderNet and battles MegaMan to prove it. She joins Team Colonel and participate in their missions until Nebula's destruction.

She is seen constantly reporting the news and does commentary on every contest in the series, normally with Higsby(being that his more important roles in the game were replaced by other charecters in the anime).
Ribitta has also been in Megaman Battle Network 3 announcing the N1 Grand Prix.
