Pic Holie (ピック・ホリィ Pikku Horii) was a character set to appear in the cancelled video game, Mega Man Legends 3.
Characteristics
Pic would have been the Bright Bats' self-proclaimed information gatherer. Always scampering around town, he often came back with random junk parts he had picked up on his outing. That said, his findings were rarely of any use, and the gang’s hangout was littered with his collected garbage, which were then used by Grill. His speech was a little rough around the edges. [1]
