Oil Man (オイルマン, Oiruman^?) is one of the two new Robot Masters from Mega Man Powered Up, which is the remake of the original Mega Man.

Oil Man enjoys oil and believes it's the answer to everything. He resides in an oil field with Hotheads, which can burn the oil around the stage. This is similar to Flame Man's stage from Mega Man 6.

• Oil Man has controversy surrounding him because he is black with big peach colored lips, which is a stereotype of black people in cartoons during the 1920s and the 1930s. It is believed that his colors changed to dark blue with yellow lips outside Japan due to this. This reason was also why Oil Man appeared in Electronic Gaming Monthly "Japan Issue" as a character in the "10 Ways Japan Went Wrong Article" exclusive to the issue.
• When playing as Roll in Mega Man Powered Up and confronting him, he says: "What's up, Roll? If you want a refill, you came to the right place, baby!" (implying an innuendo) with Roll exclaiming: "I don't need THAT!".
