Mattrex, known as Burn Dinorex (バーン・ディノレックス, Bān Dinorekkusu^?) in Japan, is a Reploid that was member of a team from Repliforce. He secretly created an illegal warehouse to hide weapons. He has the rocket Booster Engine necessary for the Shuttle, but as he didn't trust the Maverick Hunters, he thought they wanted to retire him and attacked them. It's unknown if he had succumbed to the Sigma Virus.

He sends out flames from his Ground Fire either setting the floor on fire or creating small clusters of flame, and perform a dash attack. Air is his weakness, so use Wing Spiral (needs practice to hit him right) or W-Shredder to bring him down quickly.
