Mother Computer runs the energy of a city. The Yellow Devil goes after it in the story "Metal Heart".

Charlie is a newscaster based on the character Charlie (known as Nash in Japan, but the English name in used the manga) from the Street Fighter series.

As Rockman Megamix contains the first two histories from the original series and the Mega Mission history uses the same character from the Carddas (except for a new unnamed assistant of Dr. Doppler), they are listed in those two.

[edit] Pierrot

Pierrot is the first Maverick to appear in the manga. He attacks extending his arms similar to Clown Man. He was disposed by Zero.

A girl whose dog was killed by Pierrot. She later survived the attack when Sigma's Hunters became Mavericks. Despite what the Mavericks said, X refused to kill her and instead decided to hunt down the Mavericks.

Kyle is a Special A Class Maverick Hunter from the 17th Elite Unit that was killed by Sigma when he went Maverick.

Marth (also Mars) is a Maverick Hunter that was initially part of the 17th Elite Unit and friend of X, and later was promoted as captain of the 13th Polar Region Unit. When Sigma goes Maverick, he helps X to defeat Chill Penguin on the polar region. He dies after the battle.

Teal was a Maverick Hunter and Storm Eagle's girlfriend. She died during a mission in an airplane.

Marty is a mermaid Reploid for aquatic rescues. She helps Launch Octopus, but after knowing he's a Maverick and would betray her, she helps X to defeat him. Her body is destroyed during the fight, but she survives. She asks X to build a new body for her after defeating Sigma, and he does one with a new appearance. She also appears in the fight against Bubble Crab.

A Maverick Hunter from a rescue team. He was killed by Heel in the Mega Man X2 part of the manga. It's believed by fans that he was based on the Green Biker Dude.

Heel is a Hunter that was from the same team of the "Boy". He turns Maverick.

Members from the same rescue team of "Boy" and Heel.

[edit] Rockman Zero

[edit] Lito

Lito is a main character from the manga. He finds Zero and travels with him. Various years later he creates a copy of Zero, which fights Omega.

Cial is Ciel's older sister and ruler of Neo Arcadia. She's the creator of the Four Guardians, which can fuse to create a powerful Reploid (Copy X, unnamed in the manga).
