Tribes[]
Three tribes that lived on Earth many years ago, but no longer exist. The museum in Wilshire Hills provides some info about them, and their OOPArts enabled Mega Man to Tribe On.
- Zerker (Berserk in Japan) - A bloodthirsty tribe that lived in the middle ages. Fighting day in and day out is what is said to have ultimately led to their destruction. One known duel was the one between Bjorn Berserk and Egil Norse. Some of their armors and weapons were made with olihalcon, a mineral harder than diamond.
- Ninja (Shinobi in Japan) - A tribe that engaged in secret maneuvers behind the scenes during the warring states period. They fought under the cover of darkness, patiently waiting for their enemies with specialized weapons, such as scrolls, kunai, and shuriken. Their secrets were guarded by their high degree of solidarity and fierce warrior code. One known duel is the one between Zenzou Hatori and Kojiro Kazama, which fought to the death under a dark and moonless sky.
- Saurian (Dinosaur in Japan) - An ancient tribe of giants. There are various theories about how they died out, the meteorite collision theory being the most widely accepted. Known species included the Chomprealhardosaur and Neckistoolongadon.
- The Mackrelfilletychius, a prehistoric fish-like reptile, thrived during the Mesozoic era and evolved a virtually flat which allowed it speed through the ocean at nearly 2500 miles per hour.
The tribes are also mentioned in Shooting Star Rockman Tribe.
The Shooting Star Rockman Tribe in the manga Rockman the Shooting Star Tribe is based on the three tribes, its members resembling the Tribe On forms. The tribe was destroyed by Burai, with Thunder Berserk, Fire Dinosaur and Green Shinobi being the only known survivors.
