Enemy name
Description/background information of an enemy or boss.
Health Points: Lists the amount of health an enemy has based on the amount of hits it takes from uncharged Mega Buster shots. Bosses with a health meter will always have an HP value of 28.
Attack Damage: Attack damage Mega Man takes in bars of health from his life meter.
Special Weapon: The Special Weapon that Mega Man can receive after defeating a Robot Master.
Weakness: The Weapon that will cause the most damage against a boss in units (may also cause a weakness reaction, such as becoming stunned). For enemies, it will be the Weapon that takes the least amount of shots to destroy.

A zombie enemy that rises from coffins in Shade Man's stage. Attacking it will dismantle it bit by bit.

A crow enemy robot that appears in Shade Man's stage. Fires a single shot.

A purple Pipi that carries a larger egg full of Child Pipis. The DeluPipi and the egg can be attacked individually.

Derusu bee
Derusu Bee
A bee enemy from Slash Man's stage. A single Derusu Bee will appear outside its hive, but when the hive is attacked, many more Derusu Bees will appear. Burning the hive with Scorch Wheel will instantly destroy it and any Derusu Bees along with it.

A stationary robot that appears on ceilings or floors. Alternates between two shots to the sides, and two shots in a V-shape.

Dust Crusher
A Japanese dragon-like enemy that appears in the junk piles in Junk Man's stage. It normally goes back and forth through the junk piles, but if Mega Man stands still for too long, a periscope (actually its eye) raises and the Dust Crusher lunges towards him. Its head is the only part that can be attacked in order for it to be destroyed.

A purple cannon enemy that can fire shots in an arc. Changes direction to where Mega Man is. Its shots can be detroyed.

Gilliam Knight
A knight-like robot that appears only in Shade Man's stage. When Mega Man is spotted by one it will give chase. Under the full moon, it will temporarily transform into a wolf-like robot that attacks Mega Man by leaping at him.

Kaminari Kogoro
A small robot that pops out from abysses to try to attack Mega Man from below. Some Kaminari Kogoros will slowly descend in a serpentine pattern; others will fire a lightning bolt before descending.

A revised version of a Metall, a robot with an indestructible helmet that negates any shots fired at it, and fires a the-projectile spread shot in return. Only vulnerable when it lifts up its helmet.

A short enemy covered by a knight helmet, found only in Shade Man's stage, when it falls off an empty knight armor. It swings its blade like a boomerang.

Spotaro
Small turtle drones that Gamerizer sends out to attack Mega Man with. Three of them appear and will either spin in their shells, burrow and pop out of the ground or merely hop.

Stegorus
A large stegosaurus like robot in found mainly in Slash Man's stage. Attacks by firing its back scales. Its head can switch places with its tail. In this sate, Stegorus will fire missiles at Mega Man.

A stack of tires with an orb-like enemy in them. It shoots off tires at Mega Man, and if all are spent or destroyed, the orb will hop at Mega Man until it is also destroyed.

A giant clown-like mid-boss of the Robot Museum stage. Attacks by attempting to crush Mega Man. Its head is the only weak point, but it must be dislodged from the body in order for it to be attacked.

Mega Man's rival, and the first boss of the first Wily stage. Now attacks with Charge Shots in conjunction to his regular shots.

Guts Man G
A larger, upgraded version of Guts Man that Dr. Wily stole from the Robot Museum, and the main boss of the first Wily stage. Attacks by summoning large boulders to crush Mega Man, and can even use his large arm to throw him at the ceiling.

Bass and Treble
Mega Man's rival, and the first boss of the second Wily stage, now even stronger and more dangerous by fusing with Treble. Has the ability to fly and can now fire his own version of the Super Adapter.
