Scrap (スクラップ),[1] also known as garbage (ゴミ gomi),[2] is a block of compacted scrap that appears in Spark Man's stage in Mega Man 3 and Mega Man III. These blocks can squish Mega Man, causing heavy damage, so the player must be careful when passing them. The block can be hard to get past because it comes down fast, and if the player does get past it, there will not be much room to jump to the other side. Mega Man must jump over the pile of junk as soon as it falls to avoid being crushed by the next block. If the player is too slow and they block the path, they can be destroyed.

These blocks also appear as projectiles from Junk Golems in the fourth Wily Stage in Mega Man 3 and Hyper Storm H's stage in Mega Man: The Wily Wars.

Similar blocks appear in Junk Man's stage in Mega Man 7. They are functionally similar to the Mega Man 3 blocks, however in this game, they drop on Properides to make crossing the pits more difficult.
