Izzy Glow (Shining Firefly, "Shining Hotarunicus" in Japan) is a scientist that had gone Maverick when the Sigma Virus infected his laboratory. His creation, the Laser Device, was one of the parts used in the Enigma. He teleports about, shoots F-Laser firefly shots, and sends large beams of energy. Electricity is his weakness, so use Tri-Thunder (if X) or E-Blade (if Zero).
