Hoohoo (ホーホー, Hōhō^?) is an owl robot from Mega Man 9 that appears in Concrete Man's stage and the first Wily stage. It flies carrying a rock and tries to drop it into the player. Rock explodes into 2 smaller rocks when hitting a surface.
