Haruka Hikari (光はる香, Hikari Haruka^?) is the mother of Lan Hikari and a character from the MegaMan Battle Network series. She is a stay-at-home mom who worries over Lan and his wild exploits. She is a good cook and, having no NetNavi of her own, has no trouble asking Lan to help delete viruses around the house, especially in the kitchen.

Her role is mimicked in the MegaMan Star Force series by Hope Stelar.
