Flashy, known as Pikarā (ピカラー) in Japan, is a bulblight-like virus in Mega Man Battle Network 5. It moves around by teleporting randomly on the field until it teleports in front its target to attack. It then shoots off an electrical attack onto the four adjacent squares first followed by four squares in an X-shaped pattern. Its attack can temporarily paralyze the target.

- The English chip description mentions Sensor2 for some reason, a BattleChip from DemonEye in Mega Man Battle Network 3. This name was not present in the Japanese description. This oddity carried to other languages in MMBN5DS.
