Health Points: Lists the amount of health an enemy has based on the amount of hits it takes from uncharged Buster shots. Bosses with a health meter will always have an HP value of 32.
Attack Damage: Attack damage Zero takes in bars of health from his life meter.
Special Weapon: The Element Chip Zero can receive after defeating certain bosses.
Weakness: The Element chip that will cause the most damage against a boss in units. For enemies, it will be the Element that takes the least amount of shots to destroy.

A clam-based enemy that is invulnerable in its shell. If looked away from or looked at too long, it will begin to chase Zero.

A machine that shoots out honey globs that slow down Zero and constantly spawns Mellnets. Hitting it with the Recoil Rod causes it to shake and spawn a Mellnet. The enemy is only able to be attacked when it is open.

A submarine Childre Inarabitta uses to try and get to the Dark Elf. Depending on if Zero or the sub get to the second half of the level first, the water level in the boss room will be different.

A machine that has two elemental phases. If it is red, it shoots out fire. If it is blue, it shoots out cold fog. It can only be hit in its green core.
MMZ3 Megamilpa sprite
Megamilpa
A giant millipede mechaniloid that burrows in and out of the ground, firing from its segments. Its weak point is the green segment.

Modified aqua sprite
Modified Pantheon Aqua
A Pantheon Aqua that was modified by the Dark Elf. Its new form resembles Copy X's second form, and it destroys the other Pantheon Aqua in the room with it. It attacks by shooting a sweeping laser from its eye, attempting to grab Zero, shooting flaming harpoons, and shaking the room, causing rubble to fall.

An ancient, powerful Reploid that brought ruin to the Earth long ago. It obeys Dr. Weil without question. It attacks by shooting energy balls that ricochet off the floor, shooting lasers at three spots on the floor, and firing pulse waves from its hands.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on a frill-necked lizard. He administrates a geothermal plant that harbors a giant missile. He attacks by spraying fire from his arms, shooting projectiles from his tail which burst into flame upon contact with a surface, and throwing his frill, which ricochets off walls. If he is attacked from behind with the Z-Saber, he loses his tail, which he can grow back after a while. His EX Skill is jumping to the center of the room and shooting fire from his frill.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on the Hare of Inaba. He was sent to look for the Dark Elf in the ruins of a highway. He attacks by running across the top of the water and either dropping bombs or diving down and hitting the ground with his ears, which then break apart into shrapnel, firing homing missiles, and launching an energy ball from his ears. His EX Skill is launching a giant wave of energy at Zero from his ears.

He attacks by shooting energy sparks at Zero, launching a swarm of small bat drones from his wings, and shooting electric projectiles around the room. His EX Skill is hanging upside down and firing sparks which will split apart and move along the ground.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on a preying mantis and the Grim Reaper. He served as the executioner of the judges. He attacks by launching one of his arms at Zero, throwing his arms as blades which travel along the walls and floors in an attempt to slice Zero, jumping up and trying to dive cut at Zero, and dashing backwards and trying to stab Zero. His EX Skill is shooting energy at the ceiling, causing rocks to fall, which he will slash, launching the debris at Zero.

Crea and Prea
The Baby Elves, having been manipulated by Dr. Weil, attack Zero in a residential area and in Sub-Arcadia. They share a healthbare, and attack by trailing dust which slows Zero down, shooting a spinning shot which follows Zero, creating an explosion when colliding, merging to shoot two rays which split apart on the ground, and shooting spinning four blasts in a spiral pattern.

Anubis Necromancess (Idle, with Cane) Animation
Anubis Necromancess V
A Mutos Reploid based on Anubis, revived by Dr. Weil. He attempts to lead an attack on the resistance from the desert. He attacks by throwing his cane, which will boomerang back to him after he switches sides of the screen, summon Pantheon Zombies, cause a sarcophagus to rise out of the ground to try and crush Zero, and teleport. His EX Skill is spinning his cane along the ground. He can also shift the terrain.

Hanumachine

A Mutos Reploid based on Hanuman, revived by Dr. Weil. He attempts to lead an attack on the resistance from the forest. He attacks by summoning miniatures of himself which will latch onto Zero and self-destruct, spinning mid-jump and launching fireballs everywhere, doing a downward strike with his staff, and enveloping himself in fire and ricocheting around the room. His EX Skill is spinning his staff after igniting it and then doing a jump strike.

Blizzack Staggroff R
A Mutos Reploid based on a White Stag, revived by Dr. Weil. He attempts to lead an attack on the resistance from the tundra. He attacks by trying to jump on Zero, jumping and throwing two snowballs at Zero, firing his horns in an arc, and use his turbine arm to push Zero away from him, creating snowflakes that impair Zero's jumps. His EX Skill is similar to his turbine attack, but he creates icicles that can damage Zero.

The tyrannical ruler of Neo Arcadia, revived by Dr. Weil. He attacks by sliding and dashing via Nova Strike around the arena, shooting three shots either forward or downwards if he jumps, sometimes shooting one charge shot instead, and changing his element, which can allow him to shoot ice, which explodes into smaller chunks upon hitting a wall, homing electric sparks, or waves of fire. His EX Skill is him shooting a laser that diagonally bounces off of surfaces.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on a Kitsune. He guards a derelict factory that's secretly trying to create more Baby Elves. He uses his 9 remotes to launch fireballs in various ways, such as throwing fireballs at Zero, sending spinning strings of fireballs at Zero, and splitting himself apart into five fireballs which move around in circles before regrouping. His EX Skill is jumping into the center of the arena and launching fireballs upward as they spread out.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on a barrel cactus. He attempts to stop Zero from getting to some resistance soldiers from retrieving a container from Omega's spacecraft. He attacks by trying to jump on Zero, hanging on the ceiling and shooting six icicles in bursts of two at Zero, and trying to punch Zero. His EX Skill is spinning one of his arms around, shooting icicles everywhere.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on Tuna. He patrols a library which holds data about the Elf Wars. He attacks by swimming towards one of the holes in the arena, popping out of one of the holes and shooting an electric ball at Zero, attempt to hit Zero with his tails, and plug his tails into the floor, electrifying the ground. His EX Skill is shooting multiple electric beams at Zero in a 'V' shape.

One of the Eight Gentle Judges, based on Cerberus. He fights Zero in a massive elevator. He attacks by bending a metal pipe and throwing it at Zero, trying to jump and crush him, detaching his arms and summoning the two hounds in them which will pounce at Zero, throwing boxes at Zero, and spitting orbs that roll on the ground. His EX Skill is dropping a massive crate on the floor and summoning a giant sword out of it.

Phantom sprite

One of the four guardians. He leads the Cutting Shadow Squadron. He attacks by dashing while trying to slash Zero, trying to confuse Zero with clones, of which if he hits the wrong one, he will respond with shurikens, and throwing a giant shuriken, which he will either ride and throw down kunai, or it will hit the ground and explode into kunai. His EX Skill is disappearing and reappearing in the air, then throwing three Makibishis on the ground which explode on contact with Zero. He will follow this up with a slash.

Omega DE

Omega returns to fight Zero in Sub-Arcadia. It attacks by shooting energy balls that ricochet off the floor, shooting lasers at three spots on the floor, firing pulse waves from its hands, and unsheathing its sword before plunging it into the ground, launching debris.

Omega shifts into a new form, utterly gargantuan. It attacks by firing a giant laser from its buster, shooting lasers from the eyes of each of its heads, shooting a sphere which follows Zero, firing three energy shots, and summoning a red orb which can trap Zero.

Omega (Phase 3)
Omega's true form, Zero's original body, believing himself to be a messiah that will rain destruction upon the world and fulfill Dr. Weil's vision. He attacks by doing a three hit saber combo, charging his saber and smashing it on the ground, causing rubble to fall, jumping and doing a spin slash in the air, sending small crescent waves in all directions, shooting two charge shots followed by a saber slash which sends a crescent wave out (like Zero did in Mega Man X2), performing his Ryuenjin, a rising slash (like Zero did in Mega Man X4), doing his Messenkou, where he pounds the ground, unleashing large projectiles in all directions (like Zero did in Mega Man X5), and doing his Rekkoha, a move where he pounds the ground to make him invincible for a short amount of time (like Zero did in Mega Man X6). His EX Skill is Ranbu, a seven hit saber combo that he will only use when at half-health or lower. After the battle, a cutscene plays where the remaining three guardians each attack the weakened Omega, as the Dark Elf begins reverting to the Mother Elf. Zero simply needs to hit Omega once with any attack to destroy him and end the fight.
