Giganto Bole, known as "Gigantreant" (ギガントレント, Gigantorento) in Japan, is a huge tree mid-boss which appears in Waterfall Ruins 4 in Mega Man ZX Advent. It was a tree that died about 300 years ago and ended up being fused together with a Mechaniloid. The top part is hollow, and if a bomb is thrown inside, it will mysteriously spit it back out.

Giganto Bole's attacks is the process of opening its mouth and shooting hazardous leaves everywhere. Another is shooting leaves up in the air that will slowly float downward, similar to Wood Man's falling leaf attack. These leaves can easily be penetrated by morphing into Buckfire. Giganto Bole can also shoot energy spheres as well as summoning roots that will try to ensnare Grey/Ashe.

Attacks

• Kogarashi Blade - Basic attack. It's core opens and releases 11 green, spear-like leaves that explode when on contact with a surface. The explosions doesn't cause damage though.
• Leaf Rain - Second basic attack. It releases six leaves which drift down.
• Root Hold - It uses its mechanical roots to ensnare the player, leaving them helpless as it releases a unavoidable round beam from the core at them. However, the attack can be avoided by wriggling the d-pad to break free, allowing the player to also avoid the beam.
• Mouth Bomb - If the player A-Trans' into Argoyle and throws a rock bomb inside the hollow inside (it's quite tricky) the Mechaniloid will send out spheres that travel across the ground and explode when they hit the wall.
