The Ultimate Armor (アルティメットアーマー Arutimetto Āmā) is a Hyper Mode for Mega Man X in Mega Man X: Command Mission. It can be obtained after defeating the secret boss Rafflesian in Tianna Camp. This form later appeared as an S rank Hunter Program in Mega Man X DiVE.
Design[]
This Ultimate Armor's color-scheme is white, blue and yellow, with red and black details. A transluscent dome-like object is seen behind X, and is connected to his back. His helmet has two small transluscent tips with various antennae shown inside of them, they connect to the sideguards of the helmet which have a red gem at the end of each. A targeting display covers his left eye. A small blue orb is located on each side of his chest, with a large hexagonal hole with a red gem in the middle of it, which X can fire a powerful laser beam from. Gatling batteries are on the front of his shoulders, and his arms change into a pair of large, pistol-like appendages from the elbow down. The legs and the top of the disc are also translucent. When equipped, X perpetually hovers in the air using thrusters located on the disc and his feet, presumably for the armor being too heavy to stand.

Mega Man X: Command Mission[]
Ultimate Armor is a secret Hyper Mode for X. To obtain it, players must obtain the Tianna Key in the Deployment Center to open a locked room in Tianna Camp and defeat the boss Rafflesian. The armor is in the Item Box behind Rafflesian.
This Hyper Mode shares the same duration time of X's standard Hyper Mode, X Fire. X uses a large armor that improves his Power, Speed, and WE Gain. His standard attack is replaced by a devastating beam attack named Giga Crash that is fired from his chest, and his Sub Weapons become the Impact Cannon and Strike Bullet, two large weapons in his arms. X's Action Trigger becomes the Nova Strike, which functions the same way as a Final Strike. The higher X's WE is when the move is started, the longer X has to attack enemies.
Mega Man X DiVE[]
Ultimate Armor X (CM) is an S rank Hunter Program. Unlike Mega Man X: Command Mission, this version of the armor showcases normal Arm Parts where his Impact Cannon and Strike Bullet weapons should be, as hands are required to use several weapons in the game. However, he still uses his guns for his Active Skills, Combo Weapon Attack and All-Out Barrage.
