Rockman Perfect Memories (ロックマンパーフェクトメモリーズ Rokkuman Pāfekuto Memorīzu) is a commemorative book celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Rockman franchise published by Futabasha in Japan in December 2002. The book contains information and illustrations of all games from the Rockman games released at the time.

While Tengu Man won the tournament, in the end it is mentioned that different combinations can give different results as everyone has a strong and weak point, giving as example that Tengu Man would lose against Frost Man's Ice Wave, who in turn would lose against Grenade Man's Flash Bomb, and so on. There is no absolute answer as to who is the strongest, having infinitely circumstances and combinations that could determine who would win.
Rockman Fortune Telling[]
A fortune-telling game where the reader selects a number based on the birthday. The result will compare the reader with a character from the series and give additional info. The number is selected in the tables that cover 1961 to 2002. The reader than sums the day he was born to the number, and if the result is higher than 60, subtracts the result by 60 to find the number corresponding to the character. For example, someone born on December 17, 1987 will get 30 from the table, than sum 17, resulting in 47 (Forte).

The book ends by saying that it's been only a few years since robots started walking, and that the accumulation of various studies will lead to more advanced robots, with a robot like Rockman appearing in the future, encouraging those who plan to become researchers that by doing so may make Rockman become a reality sooner.
