Peat (ピート Pīto) is a bird robot created by Dr. Wily to imitate Beat. They rise from tubes inside eggs, then quickly hatch and dive at Mega Man. They only appear in the fourth Mr. X stage. Peats have a greenish colouration compared to their base variation.
Near some of the pipes the Peats rise out, there are giant orange blocks with an X shape on them. If the blocks are hit with the Power Adaptor's charge shot, the blocks will fall onto the pipe, preventing Peats from rising out of it.

- Peat is the first Wily Bot to be an evil version of Mega Man's companions, the second being the Anti-Eddie from Mega Man 11.
