ACDC Elementary School, known as "Akihara Elementary School" (秋原小学校 Akibara Shōgakkō) in Japan and as DenTech Academy in the English anime and manga, is the school from ACDC Town in the Mega Man Battle Network series that Lan Hikari and his friends attend.
History[]
Ms. Mari is the teacher of the 5th grade classroom 5-A (and later the 6th grade room), which has nine students: Lan Hikari, Mayl Sakurai, Dex Oyama, Yai Ayanokoji, three generic NPC boys and two generic NPC girls. Dr. Froid's son is a student from class 5-B.
Mega Man Battle Network[]
The school under attack
Higsby and NumberMan attempt to brainwash the students to work for World Three, but they are stopped by Lan and MegaMan in the School Comp. Afterwards, Higsby opens a shop near the school.
The school has a secret Metroline station below a bronze statue of the principal that was given by a mysterious group at the school's opening. It leads to the WWW Research Facility.
Mega Man Battle Network 2[]
Only Lan's classroom is available. Lan can jack-in to the blackboard.
Mega Man Battle Network 3[]
Rei Saiko and FlashMan go to the principal's office at night and is stopped by Lan and MegaMan. In the end of the game class 5-A complete the year and go to the 6th grade.
Mega Man Battle Network 4-6[]
In Mega Man Battle Network 4 onward, the school is absent from the map of ACDC Town, with only Lan's classroom being seen in Mega Man Battle Network 6, where it is announced that Lan is leaving ACDC Town and where the graduation ceremony for Lan's Cyber Academy class is held due to the Academy being damaged.

Trivia[]
- ACDC Elementary School is named after alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), two types of mains power.
- Its Japanese name, Akihara (秋原) is a contraction of Akihabara (秋葉原), an area in Tokyo known for being a hub for computers and electronics. It had also earned the nickname "Electric Town" after World War II as it was a major shopping center for household electronic goods.
