The Wily Castle that Dr. Wily uses in Mega Man 10, a Wily Castle which has a long tower at the top that goes to space. This castle has five stages.

Wily Castle 1[]
The first Wily Castle stage. The player begins outside the castle on a rainy night. As soon as the player enters the castle, he is attacked by the first Weapons Archive, which consists of Thunder Beam, Leaf Shield and Gemini Laser. Afterwards, the paths diverge before merging again when encountering the second Weapons Archive.
- On Easy Mode, floating platforms appear in the Sheep Man block chalenges and spike pits to make platforming easier, more item pickups are present and the number of enemies, especially in the corridor areas decrease.
- On Hard Mode, the outside section has more Tsurare Stamps and adds Sprinklans to the mix. The time bomb challenge has had its pattern altered to be more difficult. Bari III's appear in the corridor sections, along with a mild increase in the number of enemies.

Wily Castle 2[]
The second stage is an area with conveyor belts, spikes, pits, ice blocks and crushing mechanisms. There is an extra life hidden in Dr. Wily's mark above the boss shutter.
- On Easy Mode, most pits are covered by floating platforms, and appear in the dropdown section after the battle with Octobulb . Item pickups are more generous and some stronger enemies on harder difficulties have been changed to easier enemies in some rooms.
- On Hard Mode, the stage becomes much harder with many more crushers, increased amounts of Furaibons from pits, removal of some ice blocks covering pits, more enemies and stronger enemies like Returning Machine Gun Joe on small platforms. Interestingly, the E Tank pickup is now made much harder to get due to its location changed to being surrounded by ice blocks over a pit and the M Tank on the left side rather than the right side of the dropdown area after fighting Octobulb.

Wily Castle 3[]
Area with two elevators that can move left and right by pressing buttons and an underwater pump transport, the three with many spikes.
- On Easy Mode, the elevator sections have very few Mets in them, item pickups are more generous and a few pits are protected by floating platforms. The Tsurare Stamps no longer appear in this stage.
- On Hard Mode, elevator sections have more Mets than normal, along with a small enemy appearing at the top of each elevator shaft. The underwater section has R Suzies and a Numetall to make the see-saw section more difficult. There are more enemies, such as more Sola 0's.

Wily Castle 4[]
The fourth stage, a long climb on stairs that end on a teleporter, where the player must face the eight bosses again before fighting against Dr. Wily.
- On Easy Mode, there are fewer R Suzies guarding the climb, more generous pickups and a single instance of floating platforms to aid the players ascent.
- On Hard Mode, there are more R Suzies guarding the climb, and less generous pickups.

Wily Castle 5[]
Top
The last stage, the top of the Wily Castle in space, which contains large tanks with the Roboenza virus.[1] Along with high gravity, the player makes a last few runs past a few Molmole corridors before confronting Wily.
- On Easy Mode, there are a few more pickups available to assist the player.
- On Hard Mode, Yonbains and Numetalls appear in the space station, and pickups are less generous. A 1-UP waits for the player if they take the lower route on the second corridor.

Special Stages[]
The Wily Castle isn't shown being destroyed in the main story because the three DLC stages are about Mega Man escaping the fortress, starting in a space area similar to the Wily Station from Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge and ending in an area exploding like the Wily Station from Mega Man IV.[1]

- Because of the Wily Castle's top reaching beyond the atmosphere, this Wily Castle is technically the first known orbital elevator in the overall series, predating the Jakob Orbital Elevator from Mega Man X8 and Neo Arcadia Tower from Mega Man Zero series
- The first Wily Castle stage contains different tiles resembling previous bosses scattered around the junk, suggesting that they were scrapped. The tiles include the four Dark Man robots, the four Spike Pushers, Picopico-kun, and an unidentified orb-like object.
