Guard Generator (ガードジェネレーター, Guard Generator) is a stationary defense machine from Mega Man X8, that appears in the stages Noah's Park and Metal Valley.

In Noah's Park, only two generators appear out of reach in the background of the second trap room. They release a wave of Bombees to attack the Maverick Hunters, going dormant once the room has been cleared. In Metal Valley, they're first seen inactive in ditches covered by wooden planks while fleeing the rampaging Yellow Brontes. While chasing the Yellow Brontes back through the stage, the Guard Generators will have been uncovered, and attack by launching purple spheres.
