Netto is interested on animal toys that came as a bonus with food, and when he found that Meijin is an entusiastic collector, they made trades with each other. Around that time, Inukai and BeastMan started turning vehicles into beasts to cause confusion and spread fear around the world for Neo WWW. Every vehicle was transformed into an animal and began to run amok. Rockman chases BeastMan and they battle, but he gets into a pinch, being surrounded by VideoMan, DesertMan and FlashMan.

The episode starts with three bōsōzoku riding at night. Suddenly, an empty bike appears and changes into a horse, scaring them, with Inukai content with the result of his test. Later, Kifune is discussing with other about the information they gathered about Neo WWW, and Netto runs away as soon as the reunion is over. The reason for his rush is to buy a chocolate egg that includes a random figure inside depicting two animals that are natural enemies. While in the shop, Netto finds that Meijin also collects the figures. Meijin explains about the figures to Netto and decides to give his duplicated figures to him, as long as he helps him eat the many chocolates he got as they should not be wasted. Meanwhile, the Neo WWW members decide what will be their next step, (...)
