Rockman uses his Rock Buster to delete his cloak, revealing Zoano SparkMan's identity. Rockman recognizes him, though SearchMan states he is not the same SparkMan they knew before Zoano SparkMan questions who they are. They state they are the NetPolice, and Zoano SparkMan attacks them with his Spark Ball and disappears. Zoano SparkMan goes and informs Falzer of the NetPolice, and that Falzer can leave everything to him. Zoano PlantMan uses Akihara Central Tower to summon Zoano SparkMan to Zoano PlantMan, and the two begin to fight, damaging the city.
