BurnMan.EXE, known as BurnerMan.EXE (バーナーマン.EXE Bānāman Eguze) in Japan, is a fire NetNavi operated by Atsuki Homura.

BurnMan is a humanoid NetNavi based on Burner Man. He wears a red helmet, a red upper torso, a gray lower torso, black arms with a red cylindrical cannon (with a yellow stripe and a gray end) on each of them, black legs with a red cylindrical parts with a yellow stripe on each of them, and red feet with gray soles. BurnMan has red thorn-shaped rocket jets (with yellow stripes) on his upper torso and helmet. He has blue eyes and usually has a malicious grin.

While BurnMan never seemingly shown to have hands in the games, his anime counterpart does have interchangeable yellow hands.

In terms of personality, he is like his operator Atsuki: a hotheaded pyromaniac in the games. In the anime, he is shown to be violent and impatient.

History[]

Mega Man Battle Network 4[]

BurnMan appears randomly in The Eagle/Hawk Tournament from Mega Man Battle Network 4. He is operated by Atsuki and is used to NetBattle Mr. Match and FireMan. BurnMan and FireMan's battle cause fires around the Net, first in the ACDC Area and then in the Park Area. He and Atsuki are convinced to stop battling when Lan Hikari and MegaMan reveal that they already beat Mr. Match and FireMan before in the past. Atsuki decides to fight Lan instead and BurnMan jacks out from the Park Area. Later on, BurnMan is defeated by MegaMan in the Eagle Tournament. Afterwards, Atsuki grew angry and ordered BurnMan to light everything on fire. BurnMan lights the NetBattle Machine, unintentionally burning Atsuki in flames and having the latter run away from the tournament in the process before he's able to recover off-screen.
