Rockman EXE 4.5 Real Operation[]
ThunderMan is an unlockable playable character. His theme doesn't seem to be based on any remix, so it is original.
He starts every battle with a Storm Cloud, which will paralyze all opponents that touch it, but not cause damage unlike his opponent's counterpart. It will circulate the battlefield until it ends. His Special Program is the Thunder Bolt which summons three consecutive lightning bolts that track targeted opponents (Navis and viruses) and strike down three times on them, but it will hit one time on opponent Navis.
ThunderMan can increase his max HP by finding Statues on Gold Mystery Data and enshrining them in electrical leakage spots. He can also remove electric currents blocking the way at the Internet.
Rockman Xover[]
ThunderMan appeared as one of the bosses from World 4.
