Feng-Tian, known as Huten Roshi (風天老師, Fuuten Roushi) in Japan, is a character from the Falzar version of MegaMan Battle Network 6. He is the NetOp of TenguMan.EXE and teaches lessons on how to use wind. He always carries a red and white Tengu mask with him.

Game History

He teaches wind power to NetNavis in Green Town and uses TenguMan.EXE to do so. After taking his lesson, Lan Hikari must NetBattle him to gain his Cross and TenguMan as a playable character. He likes to refer to Lan Hikari and MegaMan.EXE as grasshoppers.

Anime History

Rockman EXE Beast

He lives in Beyondard, and takes Laika and Dingo on a day out on the town. However, he never pays and makes his two companions work off their debt. They are later interrupted by the Beyondard Narcy Hide (Viddy Narcy) and Videoman, but Tenguman blows them away.
