Enker (エンカー, Enkā^?) was the first Megaman Killer built by Dr. Wily. In Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge, he appears after the second set of Robot Masters is defeated. His Mirror Buster allows him to absorb shots and send them back. His spear is called Barrierd Spear.

Enker appears again in Mega Man V, among other games, but his modus operandi has not changed much.

To beat him, just shoot at him, dodge, and repeat. Only the Mega Buster or the Mega Arm can damage him. Every shot charges his weapon. You can hit him up to 4 times at once, but with every hit his own shot grows stronger and faster.
