Enker (エンカー, Enkā^?) was the first robot from the "Mega Man Killer" series built by Dr. Wily, which only purpose is to destroy Mega Man. In Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge, he appears after the second set of Robot Masters is defeated. His Mirror Buster allows him to absorb shots and send them back. His spear is called Barrierd Spear. Enker appears again in Mega Man V, but his movements have not changed much.

Enker also appeared as a card in RockBoard and as a playable character in Mega Man's Soccer, being the penultimate boss of the Capcom Championship mode.

To beat Enker shot at him as soon as he attacks, dodge his shot and then shot Enker, then repeat. Only the Mega Buster or the Mega Arm can damage him, and every shot charges his weapon. The player can hit him up to 4 times at once, but with every hit his own shot grows stronger and faster.
