Battle Chips
Curse Shield (カースシールド Kāsu Shīrudo) is the Battle Chip family from Dominerd viruses. It summons a Dominerd that acts as a shield for a brief time. If the user is hit before it vanishes, the Dominerd will prevent damage and counter by advancing straight forward to bite one enemy. It doesn't change directions, so it will just leave the field if no target is ahead. In Mega Man Battle Network 5 it causes bugs to opponents in online matches.
In Mega Man Battle Network 2 they can form the Program Advance Curse (カースアンガー Curse Anger in Japan), which summons powerful Dominerds that move in all lines, while in Mega Man Battle Network 3 it forms the P.A. EverCurse (エンドレスカース Endless Curse in Japan), calling a Dominerd that holds the target and bites it several times before disappearing.
